We are a small home based hobby kennel and are active in showing Golden Retrievers in conformation, agility, hunt tests, obedience and rally. However, all of our dogs are first and foremost pets and lifelong, cherished family members here. They all live in the house and sleep on beds. The competition is just about having fun with the dogs and our friends! We have been successfully competing in AKC events since 1966 and have owned and bred breed champions, including multiple group and National Specialty winners, an agility champion, and also titled numerous dogs in agility, obedience, field and rally. Our children are third generation dog fanatics. While we bred infrequently, we strive to produce Goldens that are healthy, beautiful, intelligent and have fantastic temperaments, the essence of this wonderful breed.
